Screen printed rendering of a street art piece I put up the day BKS Iyengar died. BKS Iyengar was a respected yogi and teacher credited largely for bringing Ashtanga yoga to the United States. I used newsprint in homage to the substrate used in the street piece. While the street piece was abrasive and chunky, this print is detailed and delicate. The meta nature of this print references the cycle of life in all things and the preciousness associated with not being around forever.
